The rondache or roundel was a shield carried by late Medieval and Renaissance foot soldiers. Round shields were better for one on one duel because you can maneuvering it better and can use it Round shields are also useful in larger battles when you lock shields in a shield wall, you get greater resistance from spear thrusts and attempts to push the line unless the spears aim for your legs. 

This shield is a robust training and sparring shield made from durable polypropylene. The shield has a large and solid grip on its reverse which is solidly screwed into place for an altogether durable construction. The shield works well for training in the use of round shields, targes and larger bucklers and pairs well with sword and spear alike.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 

Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to 20% Restocking Fee and must have a (RMA). The merchandise must returned with all packages and in unused condition as it was received. 

Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error or mistake by shipping an incorrect item to the customer.
